Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business) from a reputed university.
• Candidates with a 3rd division/class in any academic exam are discouraged from applying.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the banking sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell various credit cards and related financial products.
• Identify potential customers and manage a sales pipeline.
• Visit corporate clients to explore new business opportunities.
• Collect, verify, and authenticate all required customer documents.
• Prepare complete application files for approval and submission on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through premium after-sales service.
• Track and compare personal performance metrics against targets.
• Gather market intelligence regarding new trends and features in the credit card sector.
• Assess and understand customer demands to align with product offerings.
• Collaborate with line managers to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Skills and Expertise Required

• Experience in credit card sales and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and practices.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM).
