Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Fine Arts, Graphics Design, or Multimedia preferred.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Content Strategist, Digital Marketing Officer/Manager, or similar positions.

Additional Skills and Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Thorough understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and market segmentation.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools.
• Good sense of design principles (composition, font selection, colors, and geometry).
• Familiarity with content marketing trends and local cultural nuances.
• Experience in campaign planning and performance reporting.

 

Responsibilities and Role Overview

ONE Bank PLC is hiring a Digital Branding & Marketing Officer to strengthen its digital presence. The selected candidate will oversee content creation, manage campaigns, and lead promotional efforts across digital platforms to ensure the Bank’s message resonates with the right audience.

Key Duties:

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the Bank’s goals, target audience, and brand image.
• Create engaging digital content for social media platforms, websites, emails, and other communication channels.
• Manage and monitor social media campaigns and digital advertising initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports on digital campaigns to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing strategies efficiently.
